These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the peer support services, website, and digital offerings operated by Sunny Side Up Collective. By purchasing services, joining a support group, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not enroll or use our services.
1. Description of Services
We provide non-clinical peer support, including:
  • Virtual group sessions
  • Educational resources
  • Community chat access
Our services are not mental health therapy, medical care, or clinical advice. Facilitators are peer supporters—not licensed clinicians—and do not diagnose or treat any condition.
Participants must be 18 years or older.
2. Payment, Billing & Refund Policy
Payment for services is required in full at the time of enrollment unless otherwise stated.
Because spaces are limited and scheduling is reserved specifically for you:
  • All sales are final
  • Refunds are not offered once services begin
If you need to withdraw after scheduling but before your first session, we may offer a partial credit toward a future cycle at our discretion.
3. Scheduling & Attendance
Participants are expected to attend scheduled sessions on time.
  • Missed or late-cancelled sessions are not refundable
  • Rescheduling options are not guaranteed
We reserve the right to reschedule sessions when necessary. Any changes will be communicated promptly.
4. Conduct & Participation
You agree to:
  • Engage respectfully in group spaces
  • Maintain confidentiality of other participants
  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or harmful behavior
  • Follow facilitator guidelines
We may remove any participant who disrupts or endangers others — without refund.
5. Crisis & Safety Notice
Our services are not appropriate for crisis situations.
If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health emergency, call 988, 911, or seek local emergency services.
If a facilitator reasonably believes that you or someone else is at risk of harm, we may take steps to contact emergency services or refer you to appropriate support.
6. Digital Communications & Security
You agree to the use of digital platforms for communication.
While we take reasonable precautions to protect your information, no platform can be guaranteed fully secure. By using our services, you accept the privacy risks associated with online communication.
7. Intellectual Property
All program materials, content, videos, and resources are the sole property of SSU Collective and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided as-is without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or improvements.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
  • The Company and its representatives are not liable for damages arising from participation in services
  • You assume full responsibility for your emotional experience and well-being
10. Amendments
We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
